How do I link my order to My Account?
Thank you for your order with SHS!
If you have placed an order with us as a Guest, then created an account, your order will not be visible in your account until you have used the “Link Guest Order” function in your account.
To link the order to the account, you just have to follow a couple of quick steps below;
- Log into your account
- Go to 'My Account'
- Then scroll down to 'Link Guest Order'
- You'll then be prompted to enter your order number
- Please note - if you do not have an account with us, you will need to create an account using the email you placed your guest order with and then follow the above steps.
Please note, you will only be able to link a guest order if it was placed using the same email address as your Account.
If this does not let you link your guest order, you may have entered the wrong order number. Please ensure the number has no spaces in it and doesn't include the # symbol.
If for whatever reason you cannot add your order to your account, this will not affect your loyalty status as we can see all orders placed by you.
