How to qualify for free delivery
We’re proud to offer free delivery on most orders. Here’s everything you need to know about qualifying for free shipping.
DPD delivery (small–medium items)
FREE Next Day Delivery is available on all orders over £99.
Orders under £99 are charged from £3.99. This is simply a contribution towards the delivery cost — we cover the rest.
AIT delivery (TVs & large speakers)
FREE 2–3 working day delivery is available on large items including TVs and large speakers.
Delivery is available to mainland UK, including England, Wales and Scotland.
An optional Next Day Delivery upgrade is available for £19.
Areas not included in free delivery
Unfortunately, free delivery is not available for:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands
- Some areas of Scotland
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Wight & Isle of Man
Delivery charges for these areas will be shown clearly at checkout.
