Can I get my finance order delivered to a different address?
For finance orders, Omni Finance requires us to deliver to the Billing Address on your finance application. This is in place for fraud prevention, so we unfortunately cannot make exceptions.
But don’t worry! We can help make receiving your order easier:
- Change your delivery date to a day that works better for you (including weekends—TVs excluded)
- Please note: Normal DPD options like “Leave with a Neighbour” or “Leave in a Safeplace” and "Collect from Pick-Up Point" aren’t available for finance orders
