Don’t panic! Just because it’s out of stock doesn’t mean you have to wait in suspense. Often, if we know a product is coming back soon, we’ll make it available to pre-order, so it can be dispatched as soon as it hits our warehouse.

On the product page, you’ll see:

  • When the product is expecting to ship from
  • A pre-order add to basket button so you can grab it before anyone else


Backorders vs Pre-orders – What’s the Difference?

  • Pre-orders: We usually have a rough idea of when it’s coming back. Perfect if you like a little predictability.
  • Backorders: These are often popular items we get in regularly, so the wait shouldn’t be too long.

I Ordered a Pre-order/Backorder, But It Let Me Choose Next Day Delivery—Will It Come Tomorrow?

Not quite. 😅 The timeframe on the product page is correct. The delivery option you select only applies once the item is back in stock. So hang tight—your order will be on its way as soon as we get it in.


Can I Backorder Something That’s Not Available Online?

Absolutely! If a product isn’t available to backorder on the website, just reach out to one of our friendly team members. We can usually:

  • Give you an estimated arrival time
  • Set up a separate backorder so you don’t miss out
