How do I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? No worries — we’ve got you covered.

  • If your order is still showing as “Processing”, it means it hasn’t left our warehouse yet. In this case, get in touch with us as quickly as possible and we can usually cancel it for you.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, we’re not able to cancel it. But don’t panic — you’ll still be able to return it to us once it arrives.
