How do I cancel my order?

My order hasn't been dispatched

Though we'd be sad to lose your custom, providing the order has not yet been dispatched we can cancel your order.

Your order will show as 'Processing' in your account if undispatched, so please notify us (info@smarthomesounds.co.uk) of the cancellation as soon as possible if this is the case so we can avoid this being dispatched in the meantime. 


My order has been dispatched

If your order has been processed and dispatched, we can't cancel it at this point but don't worry, as you're able to return the item back to us.

Please get in touch with us (info@smarthomesounds.co.uk) and we can start the return process for you. We'll refund your order once the goods are back with us.
