I've paid using PayPal but it has imported the wrong address
We know how frustrating this can be — PayPal will sometimes pull through an old delivery address linked to your account. It's good to double check when you're in the PayPal portal that the correct address is on there.
Here’s how it works:
- When you check out with PayPal, the delivery address you have saved can override the one you enter on our website.
- For security reasons, we can’t change the delivery address once the order has been placed.
What we can do:
- If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel and refund it so you can place a new one with the correct address.
- If your order has already shipped, please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to stop the delivery.
👉 To avoid this in the future, make sure your PayPal account address is up to date before checking out.
