I've placed a pre-order, when can I expect to receive it?

We always try to make it clear to customers when pre-ordered products are due with us. 

This information is displayed on the product page in a grey box, just like the one below:

If you've arranged a pre-order with one of the team and this wasn't done through the website, please refer to your communications with us for relevant information on when you can expect your order to arrive with you. 

In some cases, you may also be able to see this on the receipt we email over to you too.
