Why am I being charged for delivery?
We offer FREE delivery on most orders, including DPD next day delivery on orders over £99 and standard delivery for TVs and large items.

Why do you charge for offshore postcodes?
We’d love to be able to offer free delivery everywhere, but unfortunately couriers charge significantly higher rates for offshore and remote areas. While beat the brunt of the cost, we pass along a small portion to ensure we can still help customers in these areas.
This includes locations such as:
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Wight
- Isle of Man
- Scottish Islands
To keep our prices competitive and fair for all customers, we pass on part of this cost rather than building it into all orders.
It’s only a small item — why am I still being charged?
Courier pricing isn’t based only on parcel size or weight.
Additional costs also come from the extra distance, handling and logistics involved in reaching offshore and remote areas.
Even small parcels can cost significantly more to send using these premium courier services, so unfortunately it isn’t sustainable for us to offer free delivery in these cases.
Why do you charge for orders under £99?
We’re proud to offer free next-day delivery on most orders over £99.
For smaller orders under £99, we charge £3.99. This is only a contribution towards the delivery cost and we cover the remaining amount.
This allows us to continue offering fast, reliable courier services while keeping our product pricing as competitive as possible.
