My order is still showing as "Processing"

If your order is showing in processing, this means it’s safe and sound with our warehouse team.

If you’ve placed a backorder, your order will show in processing until we have more stock. Once more stock has arrived we will ship your order which will then go into complete.

Our warehouse team operate between Monday and Saturday, which means if you’ve ordered after 4 pm on Friday or 3pm on a Saturday & choose 'Next working Day delivery' your order will stay in processing until the warehouse team are back in on Monday to get your order shipped safely to you.
