How do I track my order?

Unsure when to expect your order? You’re able to track your parcel by a couple of different methods.


By Email

DPD: You’ll be sent up to date tracking through to the email you’ve provided on your order. This will update on the morning of the delivery with your 1-hour timeslot so you know exactly when your order is going to be arriving.

If you haven't received an email you could have given us the incorrect email address in which case, please email us on info@smarthomesounds.co.uk OR check your junk/spam.

Royal Mail: Tracking will be sent to you by email, so you can follow along with the journey.


In Your Account

If you have an account with us you’re able to track your order through your account. All you need to do is:

Log in

Go to ‘My Account’ in the top right hand corner

Then go to ‘My Orders’

Click on the tracking link
