When can I expect my parcel? 📦

Shipping cut off times 

Any order placed before 4pm on a working day (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays will be dispatched that same day for next day delivery. This includes free Saturday delivery for orders placed before 4pm on Friday.

Our cut off time on Saturday is 3pm and you can choose Sunday (£3.99*) or Next working day (free*) delivery and the checkout.

All deliveries will have email and text notifications, enabling you to track your delivery every step of the way. You will be allocated a delivery slot of one-hour as we know how frustrating it can be waiting in all day for a parcel!


*On orders under £99 delivery is £3.99 for next working day OR £4.99 for Sunday delivery.
