Can I change my delivery address?
If the order hasn't yet been dispatched, in most cases we can easily change your delivery address.
Please let us know as soon as possible if the address needs to be changed, to avoid this being dispatched in the meantime. We'll need to know your name and order number, you can email us at info@smarthomesounds.co.uk to request cancellation.
If the order has already been shipped, we can't alter your address but the courier may offer alternative options for you including leaving with a neighbour, leaving in a safe place or choosing a different delivery day.
Please note, it is not possible to change the delivery address on Pay Monthly orders after the order has been placed, due to regulations enforced by the finance lender.
