How can I book a demo at the Showroom?
If you would like to book a no-obligation demo at our Showroom in Gloucester, please follow this link.
You can then choose to book a Showroom demo only or combine it with a session on our Racing Simulator where you can put your driving skills to the test and try and win a place on our leaderboard!
Please ensure you let us know what products you would like to demo or what you're looking to achieve from the demo in the Appointment Notes field so we can prepare the products for you in advance. For a full list of what is available to demo at the showroom, please click here.
Once you have requested the appointment time and date on our online calendar, we will get back to you as soon as we can to confirm the appointment.
Please do not arrive at the showroom until you have received a confirmation from ourselves as we may not be able to see you at the time.
Showroom FAQs
Do I need to pay for a demo?
We offer free audiovisual advice so there is no cost to come and visit the showroom and try out the products on display.
If you would like a session on our Racing Simulator, this is a cost of £5, £15 or £20 depending on how long you'd like to play on the simulator for, which would be payable before arrival through the booking link.
What products are available to demo at the showroom?
We have the full Sonos suite of products available, as well as featured TVs, portable speakers, wireless speakers, turntables and HiFi. For a full list of what's available to be demonstrated at the showroom, please click here.
Can I purchase products from the showroom?
Yes, you can pay for your chosen products with debit / credit card or using our 0% finance option and take them away the same day (Subject to availability).
How long will the demo take?
We allocate 1 hour per customer for all showroom visits but this is just a guideline. We try to be as flexible as possible and accommodate you for as much time as you need.
Is the showroom wheelchair-accessible?
Unfortunately, our showroom is on the first floor and the building has no lift access. Please contact us in advance if you have any accessibility requirements and we will try our best to accommodate.
