My order is still showing as "On Hold"
There are a couple of reasons why your order might be showing as On Hold. Don’t worry — it’s usually something simple!
Omni Finance orders
If you’ve paid using Omni Finance, your order may still be going through checks with Omni. Once they’ve completed their checks, our team also needs to verify that the billing address on your finance application matches the delivery address you’ve provided.
👉 This step is all about protecting you against fraud.
Please note: Our team can only complete this verification during working hours (Monday–Saturday, 10am–5pm).
PayPal or other payment methods
Sometimes, PayPal or other payment providers may put an order on hold for up to 24 hours while they verify it’s legitimate. We don’t have control over this, but it’s there to keep your account secure.
