Can I change my delivery date? 📦

We understand that sometimes you might need to adjust your delivery. Here’s how it works depending on your courier and order type:


🚚 DPD & Royal Mail Orders

  • If your parcel hasn’t been delivered yet, you can rearrange the delivery date via the courier’s tracking link through the DPD email.

    You can also choose to:

    • Leave it with a neighbour
    • Leave it in a safe place
    • Send it to a local collection point

📦 Omni & High-Value Orders (DPD Pincode Delivery)

  • Delivery date can still be changed via the DPD email.

    You cannot:

    • Have the order delivered to a neighbour
    • Leave it in a safe place
    • Send it to a pick-up shop
  • This ensures secure handling for high-value items.

📺 AIT TV & Large Item Orders

  • If you’ve ordered a TV or other large items, contact us before your order is dispatched to select a preferred delivery date.
  • Once your delivery slot has been confirmed, any changes after dispatch may incur a £35 fee if the delivery fails due to unavailability.
  • On the day of delivery, you’ll get a 2–3 hour timeslot so you can plan ahead.
