Can I change my delivery date? 📦
We understand that sometimes you might need to adjust your delivery. Here’s how it works depending on your courier and order type:
🚚 DPD & Royal Mail Orders
If your parcel hasn’t been delivered yet, you can rearrange the delivery date via the courier’s tracking link through the DPD email.
You can also choose to:
- Leave it with a neighbour
- Leave it in a safe place
- Send it to a local collection point
📦 Omni & High-Value Orders (DPD Pincode Delivery)
Delivery date can still be changed via the DPD email.
You cannot:
- Have the order delivered to a neighbour
- Leave it in a safe place
- Send it to a pick-up shop
- This ensures secure handling for high-value items.
📺 AIT TV & Large Item Orders
- If you’ve ordered a TV or other large items, contact us before your order is dispatched to select a preferred delivery date.
- Once your delivery slot has been confirmed, any changes after dispatch may incur a £35 fee if the delivery fails due to unavailability.
- On the day of delivery, you’ll get a 2–3 hour timeslot so you can plan ahead.
