I've ordered the wrong item, what shall I do?
If you have ordered the wrong item or need to make an amendment to your order, please email us as soon as possible on info@smarthomesounds.co.uk so we can help.
The earlier you email us, the best chance you have of avoiding a return and replacement of the original item.
If the item has already been dispatched and you have received a notification of this, unfortunately we have no way of recalling the parcels from the courier while they are in the network at this time. In this case, please accept the delivery and request a return of the item by emailing us.
