I've ordered the wrong item — what should I do?
Don’t worry — if you’ve ordered the wrong item, we’ll help you get things sorted as quickly and smoothly as possible.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact our team as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to amend or cancel the order before it leaves us.

If your order has already been delivered, you can request a return or exchange through our Returns Portal.

Please request a return through the Returns Portal before sending your item back to us.
How the process works
1. Submit your return request
Request a return through the Returns Portal and let us know whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange.
2. Repack your item
Please return the item in its original condition and packaging, including any accessories, manuals and cables.
3. Send your item back
You can return the item using your own courier or request a DPD drop-off return label from our team.
4. We process your return or exchange
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or help arrange your replacement item.
Most returns are processed within 3–5 working days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different model, colour or size, our team can help recommend the right replacement.
Once your return has been approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange options available.
Important information
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Some products are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, including in-ear headphones.
- Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any upgraded delivery services selected at checkout are non-refundable.
