I've received my items damaged, what shall I do? β
Apart from refurbished and open-box items, all our products are sent directly from the manufacturer or supplier. Each parcel is carefully inspected inside and out at the warehouse to ensure it leaves in brand new condition.
π¦ Packaging
All items are incredibly well packaged by the supplier to protect them during transit. If the box appears damaged, please open it and check the contents insideβin most cases, the items themselves will be perfectly fine.
π What to do if your item is damaged
In the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit or your item has a visual defect, please:
- Take a clear photo of the damage.
- Email us at info@smarthomesounds.co.uk with the photo and your order details.
- Our team will quickly work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.

- These items are thoroughly tested and inspected before dispatch.
- They may show signs of previous handling or opening, but are fully functional with no damage unless stated otherwise.
