I've received my items damaged, what shall I do? ❗

Apart from refurbished and open-box items, our warehouse receives all items directly from the manufacturer/supplier and they inspect the exterior and interior of each parcel to ensure they are sent out in a brand new condition as part of their quality control.


In the unlikely circumstance that damage has occurred during transit due to courier mishandling or the products themselves have a visual defect, please let us know by emailing us at info@smarthomesounds.co.uk with a photo of the damage and we will be happy to help with a quick and satisfactory resolution.

Please note, all refurbished and open-box items are thoroughly inspected and tested before being sent out. They will, however, show signs of having been opened and handled.
