How long do refunds take?

Once your order is back with us, the returns team will just need to check and process it, which can take up to 5-7 working days. We will however endeavour to complete this process quicker.


Once this has happened, we will action your refund. You will get an email confirmation of this, so please feel free to get in touch if you don’t receive anything.


Please be patient with our team, we will deal with your refund as quickly as we can 😊

Please note, that the funds will then take 3-5 working days to show in your account from the date it’s been processed - however this largely depends on your bank & some banks may take longer to process the funds.
