My order tracking is saying it's delivered when it's not ❗
Sometimes tracking shows “delivered” before you’ve actually received your parcel. Here’s what to do depending on the courier:
🚚 DPD Orders
- Check your tracking info for the exact delivery location.
DPD drivers take a photo of where your parcel is left, which may help you identify the location.
If you’re unsure or the location is unclear, check thoroughly:
- Communal areas
- Immediate neighbours
- Surrounding areas the courier may deem safe
- If DPD were unable to deliver, they leave a calling card with details of the next delivery attempt.
📦 AIT & Other Couriers
- If your parcel was handled by AIT and you haven’t received any communication, contact us immediately.
- We’ll investigate and help locate your parcel.

- Most of our goods are serial-number tracked, so in most cases, we can quickly locate your parcel.
