My order tracking is saying it's delivered when it's not ❗

Sometimes tracking shows “delivered” before you’ve actually received your parcel. Here’s what to do depending on the courier:

🚚 DPD Orders

• Check your tracking info for the exact delivery location.

• DPD drivers take a photo of where your parcel is left, which may help you identify the location.

  If you’re unsure or the location is unclear, check thoroughly:

  • Communal areas
  • Immediate neighbours
  • Surrounding areas the courier may deem safe
• If DPD were unable to deliver, they leave a calling card with details of the next delivery attempt.

📦 AIT & Other Couriers

• If your parcel was handled by AIT and you haven’t received any communication, contact us immediately.
• We’ll investigate and help locate your parcel.

• Most of our goods are serial-number tracked, so in most cases, we can quickly locate your parcel.
