My order tracking is saying it's delivered when it's not ❗

If your order has been handled by DPD, please check your tracking information for the exact location at which the product has been delivered. 

As part of DPD's delivery signature, your delivering driver will take a photograph of the location at which the parcel was delivered which hopefully you will recognise. 

If you are unsure where this location is or it’s unclear, please thoroughly check any communal areas, your immediate neighbours and your surrounding area including any areas the courier may deem to be safe. 

If DPD were unable to deliver, they will leave a calling card through your letterbox to explain when you can now expect a new delivery attempt to be made.


If you still cannot get hold of the parcel(s), please let us know by emailing info@smarthomesounds.co.uk and we will do our best to get to the bottom of where the parcel is.

If your parcel has been handled by one of our other courier partners, Panther and you've received no further communication please let us know so that we can investigate further.

Most goods we sell are serial number tracked by location so in most cases, we can locate the parcel quickly.
