I won't be in to accept delivery, what should I do? ❗

If you know you won’t be in to accept the delivery, you have options. The courier will send you a list of delivery options where you can rearrange the delivery for a different day, opt to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If the courier attempts to deliver your parcels and they cannot deliver them safely, the parcels will go back to the local depot and will automatically be re-delivered the following day.
If the delivery is missed again, this will be reconsigned back to us.
Please note, for DekoPay pay monthly orders, delivery is consignee only and must be delivered and signed for at the address you have provided the finance company with. It's only possible to change the delivery date in this situation.

Please let us know prior to, or as soon as you've made your order if you'd like a specific date for delivery (we're unable to select weekend delivery.)
You'll also receive a 2-3 hour timeslot for your delivery on the day to help you plan ahead.
Please change your delivery date, if necessary, before your order is out for delivery as due to the costs incurred we need to charge a £35 fee for any failed delivery attempt due to you not being available.
