I won't be in to accept delivery, what should I do? ❗

If you know you won’t be in to accept a delivery, you have options:

  • The courier will send you a list of delivery options so you can rearrange the delivery or leave in a safe place or leave with a neighbour.
  • If a courier attempts delivery but cannot leave the parcel safely, it will go back to the local depot and be re-delivered the following day.
  • If the delivery is missed again, the parcel will be returned to us.

⚠️ Important for Omni pay monthly & some high-value orders:

If you have been sent a pincode for delivery by DPD:

  • Delivery must be signed for at the address provided to the finance company (if relevent).

    Only the delivery date can be changed; you cannot:

    • Have the order delivered to a neighbour
    • Leave it in a safe place
    • Have it delivered to a pick-up shop
  • You will need to give the DPD driver the pincode, so if you have a friend or family member accepting the delivery at the address please ensure they have the pincode you've been sent.
  • If you can't find the pincode, you can ask the driver to re-send it.

📦 AIT TV & Large Item Orders

  • Let us know before or as soon as you place your order if you’d like a specific delivery date. (Weekend deliveries may be available, please request this and we will look into it for you)
  • On the day of delivery, you’ll receive a 2–3 hour timeslot to help you plan ahead.
  • If you need to change your delivery date, please do so before your order is out for delivery, as any failed delivery due to unavailability will incur a £35 fee.

⚠️ Please note: All timeslots are estimates. Couriers do their best to deliver on time, but delays can sometimes happen due to factors outside their control (such as traffic, road closures, or bad weather).
