I've paid by finance. How do I receive a refund?

If you have placed an order via finance, you’re still entitled to return the order within the 30 Day Listen Better Promise (to see how to make a return, please click the link here.)

Once the item/s are back with us, we’ll cancel the finance agreement on our end, which will then refund any money you’ve paid back to you. You won’t need to contact the finance company and a cancellation confirmation email will be sent across.
