I've paid by finance, can I return within 30 day & how does it work?

Yes — if you’ve placed an order using finance, you’re still fully entitled to return your order within our 30-Day Listen Better Promise.

🔄 How the finance return process works

1. Return your item(s) to us as normal.

   Once we’ve received the return and processed it:

   • We’ll cancel the finance agreement on our end.
   • Any payments you’ve already made will be refunded directly back to you.
2. You don’t need to contact the finance company yourself — we’ll handle everything for you.
3. You’ll receive a cancellation confirmation email once the process is complete.
