How do I return or exchange an item?

If you would like to cancel, return or your order, please use one of the contact methods below -  Please include your order number along with a reason for your cancellation request.

If the item has already been dispatched and you have received a notification of this, unfortunately, we have no way of recalling the parcels from the courier while they are in the network at this time. In this case, please accept the delivery and request a return of the item by emailing us.

Please do not reply to your order confirmation as this will not get through to our customer service team.


Post-Return Authorisation Process

After your return request is made within 30 days and has been authorised by one of the team, please follow the below steps to get the item/s back to us:

Secure your items in the original packaging that was sent to you, along with any components and manuals. A well-packaged and fully complete return is more likely to avoid a restocking fee.

Ship your item to the address listed on your RMA form, we recommend using a trackable service where possible. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, it will be processed by our returns team. This can take 3-5 working days. We'll then refund or exchange your order depending on what was requested (minus any applied restocking fees). Please allow up to 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account.

If an exchange is being made, we’ll ship your exchanged order as soon as our returns team has checked over the return.
