Are returns free?
For non-faulty items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You’re welcome to use our DPD drop-off service for a hassle-free return, with prices starting from £8.50 for a single item or £15 for bundles. This service is fully tracked and insured for your peace of mind.
For TV returns, if the item is faulty, Smart Home Sounds will arrange and cover the return via our third-party courier, AIT. For Listen Better returns, the cost is the customer’s responsibility and will vary depending on the size of the TV. We’ll confirm the exact cost with you before booking.
All return costs are deducted from your refund. You’re also welcome to return your order in-store, where our returns team will process it as usual.
What is the DPD return service you offer?
Our DPD drop-off service gives you a simple, tracked and insured way to return your order. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to use the service.
What condition does my item need to be in?
Your item should be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, accessories, manuals and cables.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Some products may be excluded from returns for hygiene, customisation, or other reasons. We’ll always make this clear where applicable.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or develops a manufacturing fault within warranty, our team will help arrange a repair, replacement, or return. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos where possible.
