How do I return or exchange an item?


Cancelling or Returning Your Order

If you would like to cancel or return your order, please contact us using one of the methods above.

When getting in touch, include your order number and the reason for your request.

If your order has already been dispatched and you’ve received a dispatch notification, we’re unable to recall it from the courier. In this case, please accept the delivery and then request a return by emailing us.


Return Process (within 30 days)

Once your return request has been authorised by our team, please follow these steps:


🛠 Step 1 – Package Your Items

  • Place the items in their original packaging, including all components and manuals.
  • Ensure the return is securely packed and complete to avoid restocking fees.

📦 Step 2 – Ship Your Return

  • Send your items to the address provided on your RMA form.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.
  • If needed, we can provide a DPD tracked drop-off label (charges apply).
  • Once received at our warehouse, returns are processed within 3–5 working days or 5-7 days if faulty.

🔄 Step 3 – Exchanges returns or refunds

Exchange: If you requested an exchange, your replacement order will be shipped as soon as the return has been checked and approved.

Refund: If you requested an refund, your refund will be actioned once the return has been checked and approved. Please allow a further 3-5 working days for the funds to show in your account.
