I need to change my order
If you need to change the colour, item or delivery address on your order we can usually facilitate this if you let us know before the item is dispatched.
Your order will show as 'Processing' if this has not yet been dispatched, so please get in touch as soon as possible before the team dispatch your order if any changes need to be made.
If the order has been dispatched, unfortunately, we aren't able to make further changes.
If it's a delivery address issue on an outright payment order, you may be able to select deliver to a close neighbour or leave in a safe place which might help.
Otherwise, if your order has already been dispatched and you would like to change the colour for example, you will need to get in touch with us to start the return process.
If for any reason you'd like to return all/ part of your order for exchange, please get in touch with one of the team who will be able to help.
