I need to change my order?

Need to change the colour, item, or delivery address on your order? Here’s how it works:

  • For security reasons, we cannot change the delivery address once an order is placed, but we should be able to cancel and refund the order so you can place a new one with the correct address.
  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we are likely able to change the colour or item

Your order will show as “Processing” if it hasn’t left our warehouse yet. Contact us as soon as possible to see if changes or cancellation are possible.

⚠️ Within our busiest periods, such as the November Black Friday sales and Christmas, we may not be able to change your order once placed. Please do your best to check everything over before proceeding with your order!


If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched

Once an order is on its way, we cannot make any changes. But don’t worry—other options may be available depending on your situation:

  • Changing the colour or item: You’ll need to start a return and request an exchange once the order arrives.
  • Returning all or part of your order for an exchange: Get in touch with our team—we’ll guide you through the process.
