Here’s how to Submit Diagnostics to Sonos

Open the Sonos App

Head to the Settings Menu

Select Support (or Help & Tips if using Sonos S1)

Press Submit Diagnostics and follow onscreen prompts
PC & Mac Desktop Devices

Open the Sonos Desktop Controller
- 2

Select Help (in top bar)
- 3

Press Submit Diagnostics and follow onscreen prompts
Both methods above will generate a unique snapshot code of your Sonos system. But be sure to record the number for sake-keeping before exiting the Sonos app.
Although we are unable to examine diagnostic codes and information for you, Sonos can be contacted for a Sonos Agent to remote examine the system and help identify any faults recorded, or if an item is confirmed as faulty.
