I've requested a password reset but have not received an email
No worries — we’ve got you! Sometimes password reset emails take a little time to arrive, but in most cases they come through instantly. Occasionally, it can take up to 24 hours.
If you still haven’t received it, please check the following:
- Email Address – Make sure you’ve entered the correct email associated with your account.
- Junk/Spam Folder – Sometimes our emails sneak in there by mistake.
Want to order in the meantime?
You can place an order as a guest. Just use the same email linked to your account, and once you’ve reset your password, you can link your guest order to your account so everything is in one place.

💡 A quick note: Some customers think they’ve set up an account when checking out as a guest — if you haven’t received an email from us at all, it’s possible you don’t have an account yet. No problem! Follow the guide to create an account and you can even link your guest orders so all your purchases are under one account.
