I need to return a finance order
How to a Return of an Item bought on Finance:

Contact our Customer Service team by email, phone or chat, quoting your order number (starts ‘0000’).

Your customer service advisor will raise an RMA for the return.

Print off the RMA form and include it in the item/s returning to us, using a courier service of your choice and cost; we recommend a tracked service for your protection. Upfront chargeable DPD option available (£8.50 of a single £15 for a bundle).

Once back with us, we’ll inspect the item and let you know of its safe arrival.

We’ll then contact DekoPay to cancel your credit agreement and process a refund of your deposit.
Returning a Single Item from a Bundle Bought on Finance?
If you’ve bought multiple products as part of the same finance agreement, but only wish to return an individual item, feel free to let us know and we’ll raise an RMA for the chosen product you’re returning. Please keep in mind, to keep the agreement open you will need a minimum of £390 left on the agreement (please read more about this below.)
Once back with us and approved, we’ll let Deko-Pay know to adjust your monthly repayments going forward in light of the returned item’s value.
When Can’t we Refund an Order Placed on Finance?
Our terms and conditions with DekoPay mean that we can offer finance on orders of at least £390.00 or more.
If you have ordered multiple products together, but wish to return one which takes your agreement below the £390.00 threshold, the full order with all products will need to be returned in order for the credit agreement to be cancelled.
For example, if an item at £385.00 is purchased with a second item priced at £15.00, we would be unable to offer a return for either item as the value of the order and credit agreement would fall below the £390.00 threshold set by DekoPay.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for in-ear headphones due to hygiene reasons.
