Returning an order purchased with finance

If you’ve placed an order using finance, you can still return items under our returns policy. Here’s how it works.

Returning a single item from a finance bundle

If you’ve bought multiple products as part of the same finance agreement but only wish to return one item, please request a return through the Returns Portal and let us know which product you’d like to return.

Once the item is back with us and approved, we’ll notify Omni to adjust your monthly repayments to reflect the returned item’s value.

Important: To keep your finance agreement active, your order must remain at £350 or above after the return. If the remaining value falls below this threshold, please see the section below.

Returning the whole order

You’re welcome to return the whole order in line with our returns policy.

Please request a return through the Returns Portal and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Once the order has been received and checked over by our team, we’ll cancel your finance agreement and confirmation will be sent to your email address. Any money paid will be refunded back to you by Omni.

When we can’t process a finance return

Our terms with Omni require a minimum order value of £350 to qualify for finance.

This means that if returning an item would reduce your total order value below £350, we won’t be able to process a partial return.

In these cases, the entire order must be returned so the finance agreement can be cancelled.

Example:

If you buy one item for £340 and another for £15, the combined total is £355, which qualifies for finance. However, if you try to return the £15 item, the remaining order total would fall to £340 — below the £350 threshold — so we wouldn’t be able to accept the partial return.

Exclusions

For hygiene and resale reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • In-ear headphones
  • Turntable cartridges & stylus
  • Vinyl records
  • Video games & consoles
