I've placed an order for next day delivery but it hasn't arrived ❗
Shipping cut off times*
Any order placed before 4-pm on a working day (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays will be dispatched that same day for next day delivery. There is an option for free Saturday delivery for orders placed before 4 pm on Friday which is automatically selected (if you choose to change the delivery to Next Day this should arrive on Monday).
Any orders placed after 4 pm on Friday will be dispatched the next working day for next day delivery
All deliveries will have email and text notifications, enabling you to track your delivery every step of the way. You will be allocated a delivery slot of one hour as we know how frustrating it can be waiting all day for a parcel!

I've ordered a backorder or preorder product
If we know a product is back in soon or we're running a preorder for a brand new product, this will not arrive with you the following working day.
We always like to keep customers in the loop, so please check the product page of the product/s you've bought for the most up-to-date information on delivery lead times. The team are always happy to help if you wanted any further information on this.
In the extremely rare occurrence of a missed DPD delivery:
The courier will send you a list of delivery options where you can rearrange the delivery for a different day, opt to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If the courier attempts to deliver your parcels and they cannot deliver them safely, the parcels will go back to the local depot and will automatically be re-delivered the following day.
In some cases, it is possible to collect from the depot or leave in a safe place due to the payment method used (finance orders.)
