I've placed an order for next day delivery but it hasn't arrived ❗
When Will My Delivery Arrive?
The quickest way to check is to look at your order confirmation email – this will show the delivery option you selected.
- Saturday Delivery → Your order will arrive on Saturday.
- Sunday Delivery → Your order will arrive on Sunday.
- Next Working Day Delivery → Your order will arrive the next working day.
👉 Please note: our warehouse closes at 3pm on Saturday. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day (Monday) for delivery the following working day (Tuesday).
I've ordered a backorder or preorder product
If we know a product is back in soon or we're running a preorder, this will not arrive with you the following working day.
You will still be given the same checkout delivery times as an in-stock item has. This is so when the product is back in stock, we know what shipping method to use to dispatch your order.
We always like to keep customers in the loop, so please check the product page of the product/s you've bought for the most up-to-date information on delivery lead times. The team are always happy to help if you wanted any further information on this.
In the extremely rare occurrence of a missed DPD delivery:
The courier will send you a list of delivery options where you can rearrange the delivery for a different day, opt to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If the courier attempts to deliver your parcels and they cannot deliver them safely, the parcels will go back to the local depot and will automatically be re-delivered the following day.
In some cases, it is possible to collect from the depot or leave in a safe place or with a neighbour due to the payment method used (finance orders.)
