All of our open box items come complete with a warranty for peace of mind. Each product is also fully-tested and inspected before receiving resale approval.
Each product listed on our Open-Box & Refurbished section details the warranty period covered, which can be seen by clicking the ‘spec’ tab.

🗓️ An item listed in our Open-Box & Refurbished section come with a minimum warranty period of 12 months. Please check the product page of the particular item you're interested in for more information.
Sonos Items in Open-Box & Refurbished section
Sonos products listed on our Clearance section come with their standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty as they are approved, open-box products.
All brand-new Sonos products sold by SHS come complete with an extended 6-year warranty for no additional cost (normally worth £29.00).
