Open-Box Item Checks

Here are the steps we take to ensure a product has been fully inspected and approved before being listed on the Open-box & Refurbished section of our website.

We’re only satisfied with a listed item once we’ve performed these three essential checks:

Visual Inspection

✓ Products are thoroughly checked over for their physical condition, ensuring there are no dents, scratches or blemishes.

✓ Any minimal imperfections are clearly stated in the spec tab of each Open-box product.

Performance Testing

✓ Each clearance product is tested to ensure that it functions 100% as the manufacturer intended.

✓ We always test an item's connectivity, functionality and sound quality.

✓ Where applicable, we factory-reset items before they are listed for sale.

Packaging & Accessories

✓All of our Open-box items are listed with their manufacturer-supplied accessories and packaging unless stated otherwise.

✓ Most Open-box items come supplied in their correct, original packaging. All packaging is checked-over, ensuring the item is secure.
