Why is an item in Open-Box and Refurbished?

Here’s where our Open-box stock comes from at SHS

Ex-demo Stock

Products previously used in our on-site demo showroom have been handled by our own product experts, meaning they’ve been properly looked after and maintained during our customer demos.

Any items unboxed and reviewed in our YouTube videos will also appear in Open-box and Refurbished.

Discontinued Products

Certain product lines or individual items may have been discontinued, and so they’re listed on our Open-box and Refurbished section.

Verified Customer Returns

Any items that have been returned as they’re either no longer required or unsuitable for intended use are fully inspected for aesthetic condition and functionality, being fully factory-reset where applicable.

Damaged items or faulty products are kept in a separate bay for return to our suppliers.
