All deliveries will have email and text notifications, enabling you to track your delivery every step of the way. You will be allocated a delivery slot of one-hour as we know how frustrating it can be waiting in all day for a parcel!
Shipping cut off times
Any order placed before 4pm on a working day (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays will be dispatched that same day for next day delivery. This includes free Saturday delivery for orders over £99 placed before 4pm on Friday.
Any orders placed before 3pm on Saturday excluding bank holidays will be dispatched that same day for next working day delivery - or Sunday delivery if chosen at the checkout.

Remote Delivery
We do our best to deliver to as many areas as possible, but some regions may have restrictions due to courier limitations.
*Please note: While we are able to export to the Channel Islands, we are unable to zero-rate the VAT for these orders.

Includes TV & larger Items (specified at checkout). Delivery is available to mainland England, Wales & Scotland only.

Key information:
- Some postcodes in Wales require a 2-3 working day delivery service + certain areas in Scotland may require 3-5 working days for delivery
- Our delivery company will contact you to confirm your delivery date and time slot.
- On delivery day, you’ll receive a call approximately 1 hour before arrival so you know when to expect your delivery.
- If you need to reschedule after confirming a delivery slot or if a delivery attempt fails, there will be a rebooking fee of £35.
Interest-Free Finance Orders
Please note: Due to lender requirements, all interest-free finance orders must be delivered to the billing address used in the financial application. Unfortunately, changing the delivery address or collecting from a pick-up shop is not an in-flight delivery option so please consider this when submitting your application.
