All deliveries will have email and text notifications, enabling you to track your delivery every step of the way. You will be allocated a delivery slot of one-hour as we know how frustrating it can be waiting in all day for a parcel!
Shipping cut off times
Any order placed before 4pm on a working day (Monday - Friday) excluding bank holidays will be dispatched that same day for next day delivery. This includes free Saturday delivery for orders placed before 4pm on Friday.
Any orders placed before 3pm on Saturday excluding bank holidays will be dispatched that same day for next day delivery - or Sunday delivery if chosen at the checkout.

Please note, while we are able to export to the Channel Islands, we are not able to zero-rate the VAT. Please get in touch with one of the team prior to ordering and we can see what we're able to do.
TV Deliveries
Please note, for all Sony TV purchases, we offer a 2-3 working day service and are able to deliver to mainland England, Wales & Scotland only.
- Delivery is FREE using Panther Logistics within 2-3 working days. Some TV models may carry a 5-7 day delivery lead time (this is specified on the individual product page).
- Some more remote areas of Scotland may take slightly longer, though Panther will let you know if this is the case.
- Panther will contact you via text & email prior to dispatch so you're informed throughout every step of the delivery.
- On the day of delivery, they will call you to confirm they are on their way; this usually occurs 1 hour before their arrival.
Once a delivery slot has been confirmed by you, if it is subsequently cancelled or there is a failed delivery, rebooking the delivery will incur a £35 charge.
