How can I track my order? 📦

There are multiple ways of tracking your order. Please see the order and communication states below.

Your order is placed -  You will receive an order confirmation and your order is passed to our warehouse.

Your order is packed & ready to leave our warehouse.  You will then receive shipping confirmation from our warehouse

Your order is collected from our warehouse by our courier.  Y ou will then receive a notification from our courier that they collected your parcel and will advise your delivery date.

If you have not received any of the above notifications please check your junk folder and your provided email address is correct.
