How can I track my order? 📦

We’ll keep you updated every step of the way! Tracking details will be sent automatically once your order has been dispatched. Please refer to your order confirmation to see the sender of your parcel.


đźšš DPD (most orders)

  • You’ll receive an email and text from DPD with your tracking link.
  • On the delivery day, you’ll also get a 1-hour delivery slot so you don’t have to wait in all day.

    From the tracking page, you can:

    • See your parcel’s journey in real time
    • Change the delivery date
    • Leave it with a neighbour
    • Send it to a local collection point

đź“® Royal Mail (smaller items)

  • We’ll send you an email with a tracking link once your item leaves our warehouse.
  • You can check progress directly on the Royal Mail website.
  • Smaller items are usually delivered with your normal post.

📦 AIT (large/heavy items like TVs & speakers)

  • For bigger deliveries, we use AIT.
  • You’ll receive an email from AIT with tracking details once your order is booked in.

    AIT will then contact you directly to:

    • Arrange a convenient delivery date
    • Provide a 3-hour delivery timeslot on the day

  • Check your junk/spam folder just in case.
  • If you still can’t find it, contact our team and we’ll resend your link.

⚠️ Please note: All timeslots are estimates. Couriers do their best to deliver on time, but delays can sometimes happen due to factors outside their control (such as traffic, road closures, or bad weather).
