Which couriers do you use? 📦

We use different couriers depending on the size and type of your order to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

We’ve carefully chosen our couriers to make sure your orders arrive safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Each courier we use has excellent delivery statistics meaning they are reliable, punctual, and handle your items with care—whether it’s a small gadget, a high-value speaker, or a large TV.

Although things can regrettably go wrong from time to time, we have found to get the best results with the below couriers.


🚚 DPD

  • Used for small to medium-sized items.
  • Fast, reliable next-day delivery for most orders (postcode dependant some areas like the Scottish highlands or off-shore postcodes may be 2-day.)
  • Offers options like rearranging delivery, leaving parcels with a neighbour, or in a safe place.

📮 Royal Mail

  • Used for smaller items and lighter parcels.
  • Standard delivery to most UK addresses.
  • Tracking available via Royal Mail website.

📦 AIT

  • Used for large and heavy items like TVs and some speakers.
  • Offers a 2-person delivery service to mainland UK.
  • You’ll receive a 2–3 hour delivery timeslot and a phone call about 1 hour before arrival.
  • Free delivery for eligible items.

⚠️ Omni & High-Value Orders

  • Some high-value orders or Omni pay monthly orders may be sent via DPD Pincode Delivery.
  • You can change the delivery date, but items cannot be left with a neighbour, in a safe place, or sent to a pick-up shop.
