Which couriers do you use? 📦
As we know that delivery service is a vital part of online shopping we use DPD for most next day orders as they are statistically the most reliable courier in the UK and provide a 1-hour time slot on the day of delivery.
Please note, in some cases where a small and light item has been purchased, we will use Royal Mail 24hr.

How will my TV be delivered?
For all TV purchases, we offer a 2-3 working day service and are able to deliver to mainland England, Wales & Scotland only.
- Delivery is FREE* using Panther Logistics and will arrive with you within 2-3 working days
- Panther will contact you via text & email prior to delivery so you're well informed
- On the day of delivery, they will call you to confirm they are on their way; this usually occurs 1 hour before their arrival.
*Disclaimer: Once a delivery slot has been confirmed by you, if it is subsequently cancelled or there is a failed delivery, rebooking the delivery will incur a £35 charge.
