What is the delivery process for TVs? 📦
As TVs are large items, we are not able to use our usual DPD courier service for TV orders.
Instead, we use the 2-person courier company Panther who handle the packing, dispatch and delivery of all TV orders.
Panther offer a nominated 2-3 working day service and are able to deliver to mainland England, Wales & Scotland only.
- Delivery is FREE using Panther within 2-3 working days
- Panther will contact you via text & email with a delivery date & 2-3 hour time slot
- On the day of delivery, they will call you to confirm they are on their way; this usually occurs 1 hour before their arrival.
Note: If you have ordered a TV as well as another item, your TV will be dispatched separately using our dedicated Panther service and your other item/s will be sent as normal using DPD next day.
Once a delivery slot has been confirmed by you, if it is subsequently cancelled or there is a failed delivery, due to costs imposed by the courier, we will need to implement a £35 charge to be paid before delivery can be rebooked.
