Do you offer free returns?

As we send out our orders free of charge (over £99) we kindly ask you to cover the return fee. We can always provide a prepaid DPD label at an additional cost (in most cases £8.50 for a single item £15 for a bundle). This can be deducted from the refund or payable by invoice.
