Do you offer free returns?
We don’t offer free returns for non-faulty items. If you’ve changed your mind and would like to return a product, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of the return postage.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked return service.
Alternatively, we can provide a DPD pre-paid returns label for most products sold on our website.
DPD pre-paid returns labels
Costs: Labels start from £8.50 but will vary depending on the size, weight, and number of parcels. We will always be upfront about returns costs & there are no hidden fee's.
How it works:
1. Create your label in our Returns Portal
We’ll send you a link to create one or multiple DPD return labels.
2. Choose how to use it
You can either:
- Print the label yourself, or
- Use a QR code at a participating DPD drop-off shop.
Please note: not all DPD shops can print labels, but the system will show which locations offer this service.
3. Drop off your parcel
Take your parcel(s) to your chosen DPD drop-off location.
4. DPD collects and returns the parcel
DPD will usually collect your parcel(s) within 24 hours.
Delivery back to us typically takes 1–2 working days.
Do you offer collections?
At present, we don’t offer collections for returns.

Return costs for non-faulty TVs vary depending on the size, weight, and courier requirements. Please contact us for a tailored quote.
