Do you offer free returns?

We don’t offer free returns for non-faulty items. If you’ve changed your mind and would like to return a product, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of the return postage.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked service. Alternatively, we can provide a DPD pre-paid returns label for most products sold on our website.

📦 DPD pre-paid returns labels

• Costs: Labels start from £8.50 but will vary depending on the size, weight, and number of parcels.

  How it works:

  1. We’ll send you a link to create one or multiple labels.

     You can choose to:

     • Print the label yourself, or
     • Use a QR code at a participating DPD drop-off shop (note: not all shops can print labels, but the system will show which ones can).
  2. Drop your parcel(s) at your chosen shop.
  3. DPD will usually collect your parcel(s) within 24 hours.
  4. Delivery back to us typically takes 1–2 working days.

At present, we don’t offer collections for returns.
