What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy.
What does "hassle-free" mean?
If you decide to return an item, the process is simple. It can be done through our returns portal day or night!
In most cases, we can provide drop-off shop labels so you can send your item back with ease - fully insured taking the stress away!
Once you start a return, you’ll also be assigned a dedicated team member to guide you through the process from start to finish.
What can’t be returned?
For hygiene and resale reasons, some products are excluded from returns:
- In-ear headphones
- Turntable cartridges & stylus
- Vinyl records
- Video games & consoles (once opened)
Refunds & exchanges
If your purchase isn’t quite right, we can help exchange it for something more suitable.
If you’d prefer a refund, you can return your item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days at your own cost, and we’ll process a full refund in line with our policy.
We can also provide a pre-paid DPD return label. If you paid by card, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Important notes
- Non-faulty TVs are subject to collection charges under our Listen Better Promise — please contact us within the return portal chat for details.
- Our standard delivery is free on orders over £99, but any paid-for upgraded shipping options are non-refundable.
- Items not returned in their original condition, packaging, or missing components/instructions may be rejected.
- Only items purchased directly through our website are eligible for return.
