I have a problem with my Sonos system, what should I do?

Submitting a Sonos Diagnostic Check

- Open the Sonos App and select Settings (Cog icon) in the bottom right-hand corner

- From here, go to Support and then select Submit Diagnostics. This will generate a unique Diagnostics number linked to your system.

Use this Diagnostic number in any communications with Sonos, as this will allow them to remotely look into your system's performance and identify issues more quickly.
