With every Sonos speaker, you purchase from us, we include a 6-year warranty absolutely free (**Excludes headphones). Some retailers insist on charging extra for this privilege, but because we are so confident in the Sonos system, it's on us.

We hate extra delivery costs so we offer free next day or upgraded weekend delivery using DPD tracked as standard, to most parts of the United Kingdom.

We aim to pick up every call within just a few rings - so there's no need to worry about being stuck on hold listening to elevator music! We are extremely contactable no matter what you need. We're a small team, so in most cases, you will have a dedicated agent who will help support you through your whole query - no more being passed from agent - agent!

30 Days Returns Policy

For a risk-free purchase, we’ve given you 30 days to test out your new items and if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to refund your order with no questions asked. You're able to test and try the product yourself to see if it's right for you (excludes video games & in-ear headphones & any products not under the LBP).
