✅ What’s included?

  • 6 years of cover on all Sonos speakers purchased from us.
  • If your product develops a fault within 6 years, we’ll repair or replace your unit.
  • If your product is unrepairable (or there's no refurnished stock available) and the model is no longer available, we’ll issue you store credit for the full amount originally paid.

⚠️ Please note:

  • The 6-year warranty does not apply to Sonos headphones.
  • Accidental damage, networking issues, and batteries are not covered beyond the manufacturer’s standard warranty.

🗓️ How does it work?

  • The first 2 years of your warranty are covered by Sonos (manufacturer warranty).
  • The final 4 years are covered by Smart Home Sounds Ltd.
  • All Sonos products are serial number tracked. Once you activate your product in the Sonos App, your 6-year warranty automatically begins — no registration required.
