How does my Sonos 6 Year Warranty work?

True peace of mind with our 6 year Sonos Warranty

Smart Home Sounds offer an exclusive automatic 6-year warranty on all Sonos products at no extra cost. If your product becomes faulty in the first 6 years from purchase, we will repair or replace your unit. **6 year warranty not included on Sonos headphones

In the event your product is unrepairable and the model purchased is no longer available, customers will be issued with store credit for the amount originally paid.


Will I need to register my 6 Year Sonos Warranty?

You will not need to set up your Sonos 6 Year Warranty manually, as this will automatically start as soon as your product is activated on the Sonos App.

All Sonos products are serial number tracked, and when you activate your product we will have all details needed to start your warranty.


What does my Sonos 6 Year Warranty Cover?

The warranty excludes accidental damage & networking issues, and headphones

The first two years of your warranty are covered by the standard Sonos manufacturer warranty, whilst the final four years of your warranty term are covered by us (Smart Home Sounds Ltd).

All batteries will be covered by the standard manufacturers warranty.
