I've paid by gift card. How can I return my item?
The good news is, you can return your item in the same way regardless of how you’ve paid.

Please request a return through the Returns Portal before sending your item back to us.
How refunds work with gift cards
If you’ve paid for your whole order, or part of your order, using a gift card, your refund will be returned back onto the original gift card.
If you paid using a combination of a gift card and another payment method, we’ll refund anything paid on the gift card first, and then refund any remaining balance back to your original payment method.
Important information
Please note, we can’t exchange gift cards for cash or refund gift cards back onto your payment card.
