I've paid by gift card. How can I return my item?

The good news is, you can return your item in the same way regardless of the way you’ve paid. To see how to make a return, please click here.

If you’ve paid your whole order or part of your order by a gift card, your order will be refunded onto the original gift card.

If you paid with a combination of one of our other payment methods and gift card, we'll refund anything you paid on your gift card first, and then refund any outstanding credit back onto the payment method you choose originally.
