I'm not going to be in for delivery, what should I do?
DPD Deliveries
On orders with DPD delivery (excluding finance orders) you are able to enter a different delivery address to billing address on checkout.
DPD will automatically try to leave your parcel with your neighbour if you're not in.
Via the DPD app (excluding finance orders), you are also able to specify:
- a different delivery date,
- a safe place at your house,
- a preferred neighbour for your driver to leave your parcel with,
- a local pickup shop for collection by midday the next day.
TV Deliveries
- Panther will contact you via text & email to let you know exactly when to expect the TV
- On the day of delivery, they will call you to confirm they are on their way; this usually occurs 1 hour before their arrival.
Once a delivery slot has been confirmed by you, if it is subsequently cancelled or there is a failed delivery, rebooking the delivery will incur a £35 charge.
