I’m not going to be in for the delivery — what can I do?
Don’t worry — our couriers provide several delivery options if you know you won’t be home when your order arrives.
DPD & Royal Mail deliveries
You’ll receive a message from the courier with options to:
- Rearrange your delivery for a different day
- Have your parcel delivered to a neighbour
- Choose a local pick-up shop
- Leave it in a safe place (DPD only)
If delivery is attempted and no option is selected, your parcel will be returned to the local depot and automatically re-delivered the next working day.
If the delivery is missed again, the parcel will be returned back to us.
AIT deliveries (large & heavy items)
Please let us know before your order is dispatched if you require a specific delivery date.
You’ll be given a 2–3 hour delivery time slot on the day to help you plan.
If you’re unavailable at the agreed time, a £35 redelivery charge will apply, as this is a fee passed on directly by the courier.
Omni finance orders & high-value deliveries
For security reasons, some orders — including Omni pay monthly orders and certain high-value items — are sent via DPD Pin Code Delivery.
In these cases, you can still change the delivery date, however:
- The order cannot be left with a neighbour
- It cannot be left in a safe place
- It cannot be delivered to a pick-up shop If you have any special requirments for the delivery date, please do let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
